Springboard Capital, LLC is a member-managed private equity fund focused upon seed and early stage investment located in Jacksonville, Florida. Springboard's members, all individual accredited investors, guide the fund's activities and play an active role in all aspects of investment opportunity analysis, due diligence, investment structuring and post-investment collaboration.

Springboard's Members


Springboard's members represent a broad base of experience across industries as well as significant prior entrepreneurial and private investment experience. The diverse business experience of its members, and their active role in the Springboard investment process, enable the fund to consider investment in a wide range of industry sectors and contribute directly to the company's development in the post-investment period.

The Investment Process


Springboard's investment process begins with a review of the company's executive summary and business plan by the fund Administrator. If the company is considered to be compatible with Springboard's investment focus and criteria, the company's documents are screening by several Springboard members. If deemed appropriate by the screening team, the company is scheduled to make a formal presentation to the Springboard membership at one of their monthly meetings. Following this presentation, the membership determines if further evaluation and due diligence is warranted. If the decision is positive, a due-diligence team is assigned to conduct in-depth evaluation of the investment opportunity, due diligence and structuring of draft investment terms. Final approval of an investment is made by the Springboard membership based upon the findings and recommendation of the due diligence team.

If you would like to submit your Company for review, please send your Business Plan or Executive Summary along with your Presentation, that adhere to the Springboard Guidelines, to the fund Administrator.
